By placing an order with Kyro Cosmetics you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
All prices are in Pakistani rupees. An order is accepted once we confirm it with you by phone. If a shade sells out after you order, we will call you and offer another shade or cancel the order.
Cash on delivery
Please pay the courier the full amount when your parcel arrives. Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
Using our products
Our lipsticks are for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredient list and do a small patch test first. Stop using any product that irritates your skin.
Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Delivery & returns policy.
